Starting from Ierapetra, we will drive through Makrigialos and head to the east side of the island. Our first stop is Lithines, a traditional Cretan village. Here, we will walk around the beautiful streets.

Then we will go to Sitia, a town by the beach where you can enjoy coffee next to the sea. Our third stop is Toplou Monastery. You will get to walk around this important place, take pictures, and try their famous local wine.

Our trip ends at Vai Palm Beach with its beautiful scenery and clear water. You will have plenty of time to swim, enjoy the sun, take pictures, and have lunch by the beach!

This trip takes you to the famous Spinalonga Island, located at the east side of Crete. We will take you by our air-conditioned bus from Makrigialos and Ierapetra until Elounda, a famous village for its beauty and view. From there we will take the boat to visit the island of Spinalonga, where you will be offered a guided tour and have enough free time to explore the island.

Our second stop is in Kritsa, a beautiful traditional Cretan village where there will be enough time to walk around the local streets, visit an old church and enjoy a cup of Greek coffee in the village’s square.

The history and the culture of the island of Spinalonga became one with human tragedy in the course of time. This small isle carries within the history of Ancient Greece, as it was used as a Leper Colony until 1957 and there is a great history for you to find out behind this.
Spinalonga also served a natural guard for the ancient city of Olous, the history of the Saracens as a hide-out for their pirates, the history of Venetians as their fortress, the history of Turks as their settlement.We will return to Elounda where we will stay enoupph time for lunch.

Our last stop will be in Agios Nikolaos where you can enjoy a walk around the capital of Lasithi and enjoy shopping and coffee on the graphical streets of the town center.

Experience the Cretan culture and tradition with our village trip

This trip offers the opportunity to visit Cretan traditional villages and observe the way people used to live in Crete many years ago. Our first visit is an olive oil farm near Agios Nikolaos where we will stay for approximately 45 min. and have the chance to taste fresh virgin olive oil.

Our second stop is in Kritsa, a beautiful traditional Cretan village where there will be enough time to walk around the local streets, visit an old church and enjoy a cup of Greek coffee in the village’s square.

Our next stop is in Prina where you will learn about Cretan traditions and hear local stories, while walking around the village. Between Prina and Kalamafka we stop at a unique point of view where you can see the two seas that surround the Crete at the same time.

Last stop is on the edge of the Lasithi mountains, in the village called Kalamafka. We will climb the 200+ stairs of the Holy Cross and have enough time to enjoy soft lunch.
