Beautifully built and carefully decorated, luxurious villa with swimming pool near Rethymnon.
Location
Quiet location on the edge of the village of Prinès, 6 km. from Rethymnon.
This spacious and newly built stone villa is situated in an olive orchard together with 5 similar villas.
The house has been tastefully decorated, it is comfortable and has all mod cons. In short: a real villa! Modern, but in the surprising details you will find references to bygone days. Because of its thick walls (50 cm) the house stays very cool and does not need air conditioning.
The house is surrounded by a walled garden of 530 square metres, it has a private pool of 8 by 4 metres, a play area, sun loungers, a parasol and garden furniture.
It is a 45 min. drive from Chania airport and a one hour drive from Heraklion.
The minimarket and tavernas in the village are within walking distance (800 m.)
In Rethymnon (6 km.) you will find restaurants, shops and, of course, beaches!
Description
Villa Nessos is a two storey house. On the ground floor there is a living room with open fire place, satellite TV, DVD player and a large comfortable corner sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table. On this floor there is one bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
There is another bedroom on the first floor with a double bed, a second bathroom with jacuzzi, toilet and sink. The bedroom doors open onto a large roof terrace with a beautiful view.
There is an extra sofabed for a 5th person.
You have access to the first floor by stairs inside as well outside, which might be convenient if you are staying here with friends, but still would like to have some privacy.
