The two villas are located in Rethymnon Prefecture in the heart of the valley of Vlychada outside of Bali, a small village, which in the past few years has become a vacation spot with international hotels.
The Melissa and Helios villas are ideal for those looking for high standards on their vacation. The villas are built using natural materials, which are carefully chosen, environmentally friendly and healthy for man.
Each villa has a space of 117sq.m. ground floor and first floor) and can accommodate up to 6 people, as it offers 3 bedrooms - two bedrooms have a double bed and the third has twin beds.
Each bedroom has its own fully equipped bathroom and a private balcony with a lovely sea view.
On the ground floor you will find the sitting room with a fairly large couch, satellite TV (LCD 32") with a decoder which accepts NOVA cards (PAY TV), a DVD player and a fireplace.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room (the kitchen also has a dish washer, washing machine and espresso machine).
On the north side of the outdoor area there is a private pool (62sq.m.) surrounded by grass, two umbrellas, deckchairs, wooden tables, a hammock, many trees and flowers.
The villas are surrounded by a large stone-paved courtyard with many trees, bushes, flowers, a traditional oven and barbecue.
A big outdoor table with 10 chairs is also provided. Linen and towel are changed twice a week, as well as room cleaning.
