Villa ALEVA is situated 2 km inland from the lively village of Bali with its pretty sandy caves and a variety of taverns and shops in a distance of approximately 700m.
This restored two-storey detached house has a lovely, comfortable village family atmosphere and is set quietly in a lofty position on the edge of the old traditional hamlet of Vlychada, 35 km from Rethymnon and 47 km from Heraklion Airport. There are spectacular surrounding views over the mountains, the coastal village of Bali and the sea.
Villa ALEVA with its 217 sqm size and with six bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 persons.
In the front garden there are plenty of trees, some exotic plants and a melon field with fresh fruits and vegetables that you can have depending to the year's season. In the rear garden with leafy trees, there is a pretty 56sqm swimming pool with children's' section, sun terraces, garden furniture and a stone built barbeque with oven.
The main entrance of the villa is of the poolside terraces. Indoors there is a sitting area with fireplace , satellite TV,m computer with wireless internet access, DVD player, CD player and Music surround.
Through an archway one reaches the open plan kitchen, fully equipped, with fridge, electric cooker and oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, electric kettle and dishwasher. There is also iron and ironing board.
A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the nicely furnished living - dinning area with another fireplace, and large dinning table and chairs.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with corner bath and a washing machine.
In the ground floor there are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a further WC.
A stone staircase leads from the sitting area upstairs to two bedrooms; one with Queen-size bed and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms open to a balcony with very nice sea and countryside views.
Another stone staircase also leads off the living room to further two bedrooms on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms has a Queen size bed and one with twin beds. Each bedroom has a wrought iron balcony with views over the pool and the mountains. All of living areas are equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning. Cleaning and changing linen is every 3 days, cleaning of swimming pool daily.
